The free version does include advertisements.
Also the app requests the following permissions:
  • view network connections
  • pair with Bluetooth devices
  • access Bluetooth settings
  • full network access
Why Network Access?
That is the AdMobs advertising that needs that access.  The pay version $0.99USD does not need that permission.
The pay version will be released by end of year 2016.

Why Bluetooth Access?

The Pair bluetooth and access bluetooth settings allow the app to send the password over bluetooth to a paired device when activated in the application.
This feature which is already available in the software allows you to never have to type your password since you can send the password over Bluetooth to your computer where it will be typed for you.

All of this has been completely developed but depends upon the CYaPassReceiver (soon to be released).
Here's a snapshot of an early prototype shown with a quarter for size reference.  
It simply plugs into any USB port and receives passwords that are sent to it over Bluetooth.  
No driver installation required on target system.  The device is recognized as a keyboard.
